«This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. «This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. «The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. He also speaks 7 different languages, so he was able to communicate easily with every single guest. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooftop is beautiful. I can’t say enough about this place!
