«This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. «Outstanding facilities and staff! Felt very safe and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs, all the restaurants were awesome, with free shuttle service to offsite locations. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!»

«The staff was amazing and the room was clean. The activities were fun and the food was good. The only suggestion is the hotel needs to replace their room doors and other maintenance. They are in very rough shape.»
