«Our stay at Tropical Hideaway was amazing. We booked it after our reservation on Union Island was destroyed by Beryl and were blown away by the whole experience. Martin and Julie live on site and provide all the extra touches you don't expect with a VRBO property. «The title says it all. You don't often come by a place on VRBO where the actual place is better than the pictures, but this is one of them. The view is unreal and the host really has thought of everything for guests to get the most out of staying on Bequia. My wife and I spent a week of our honeymoon here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying on the island.»

«Our overall impression of the property is it needs significant work, for the price it is a bad choice. The housekeeper was lovely but the toilets were not working for over 48 hours as the water tanks were not filling properly, they need to add instructions to boil the water as it is rain water and not safe to drink so we were boiling water each day, the setting is between dilapidated buildings and a fisherman's boat repair shop.
