«My favorite part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Any issue that I had in St. Vincent (and believe me I had my far share), the staff went above and beyond to help me overcome those issues. They are truly advocates for their guests. »

«Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. »

«An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. »

«The staff were ok but to have a manager who blamed her staff and vocalised it to us as the guest is poor. Also, i had no keys for two days. The noise at night from people shouting or talking loudly untol all hours was ridiculous. Location was beautiful but would not recommend or stay there again. »

«I had some issues with my plane so i arrived in the morning after in stead of the evening. Let me use the room when i arrived and into the day. It helped me a lot. Very friendly service, central location, nice vibe and place with a nice roof top bar. Recommend. »

«Sharon was an incredible host. Her knowledge of St. Vincent and the Grenadines was extremely helpful. Her meals were out of this world. Traditional Caribbean food is what we look for and she nailed it. A constant breeze off the ocean made for a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. »

«I completely fell in love with the room which was a double edge sword since you can see the beautiful Caribbean water from bed. I got take out to enjoy the amazing room set up. They think of everything and I’m enamored with the decor and mosquito net bedding; super quaint and romantic. Super quiet at night and everything is walking distance. The owner was one of our favorite parts we will be back in a few months and will bring more family. LOVED it. »
