«Dette er andre gang vi overnatter på Grenadine House og gjensynsgleden var stor for begge parter. Fantastisk å bli møtt med kalde kluter, velkomstdrink og et personell som gjør alt for at du skal få et uforglemmelig opphold. Bedre service skal du lete lenge etter!! Vi kunne reist direkte til flyplassen, men måtte innom og oppleve en natt til på dette herlige stedet - just love it! Anbefales på det varmeste <3»

«Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. »

«An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. »

«I spent a week here and it was the best week of the year - what a wonderful way to end the year. There was music every evening (that would stop at a reasonable time to sleep), fireworks on NYE, a giant floating event for the first day of the year, and a lovely attitude by everyone. The room was great, I was worried about bugs, but a net was put up around the bed for me. Also, there was a bug repellent provided. Whenever an issue happened, someone was available to fix it. «I had some issues with my plane so i arrived in the morning after in stead of the evening. Let me use the room when i arrived and into the day. It helped me a lot. Very friendly service, central location, nice vibe and place with a nice roof top bar. Recommend. »

«This place blew our minds! Customer service was excellent. The room was high tech and very clean. The shower was relaxing. The bed was comfortable, We only wish it was bigger ;) The location is perfect, not too far from town and not too far from AIA. Property was properly secured. The price is unmatched! We came not knowing what to expect but we were completely blown away, and left with heavy hearts. Would 100% recommend.»
