«I spent a week here and it was the best week of the year - what a wonderful way to end the year. There was music every evening (that would stop at a reasonable time to sleep), fireworks on NYE, a giant floating event for the first day of the year, and a lovely attitude by everyone. The room was great, I was worried about bugs, but a net was put up around the bed for me. Also, there was a bug repellent provided. Whenever an issue happened, someone was available to fix it. The electricity went out ...

«I had some issues with my plane so i arrived in the morning after in stead of the evening. Let me use the room when i arrived and into the day. It helped me a lot. Very friendly service, central location, nice vibe and place with a nice roof top bar. Recommend. »

«Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms typical Holiday Inn which is what we needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and comfortable! Great little restaurant very close by. Easy walk. Grocery store and pharmacy also close by and easy walk. Only complaint is bathroom light is motion activated so when you get up in the middle of the night it comes on. Bright and shocking! »

«A lovely property - not fancy but comfortable clean rooms, well-maintained with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff, and very good food. A note for North Americans - outlets are 220v so bring power adapters. A fun location to see the comings and goings of the marina, with a nice, very quiet pool. We are looking forward to staying again on our next visit.»

«Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. »

«A small hotel / resort with a great Caribbean vibe. Nice and clean room and a good location with access straight to a non crowded beach. The place was not busy when I was there so plenty of space in the restaurant and around the small pool. The waiting in the restaurant could be a little long and the menu was very limited. Missed more choices and especially local food»

«From a local, Stonetrail is the best place to stay in the Indian Bay Area. From myself, this place is really great. I really like seeing a clean place with excellent customer service. Check-in was lovely and the staff has been so kind, gracious, and simply pleasant to be around. They are in their own league and I believe other resorts and islands in the Grenadines(I won't name them) can take some pointers from the staff, grounds maintenance, and amenities provided to guests whether they are ...

«An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. »
