COMPLEX RULES
~ No same-day bookings - 4-day lead time required to turn in lease to CBC complex for approval.
~ This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ Application is Required
~ A $150 application Fee is charged at the time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.

🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
