This spacious one-bedroom condo has been completely updated with a combination of beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all you need to prepare a delicious meal. A spacious living room is open to the kitchen to provide a perfect atmosphere for socializing. The bedroom features a king bed and lots of natural light. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa to allow up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. For added convenience you will also find free WiFi, assigned parking and a washer/dryer in the condo. We had a great time! It was pretty quiet for street noise or any noise. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The walk to the beach was roughly 3 minutes. A 5minute walk to publix. The ice cream shop built on was pretty delicious too!!!! The view from the back was beautiful too. We got a pizza from Sliyce and took it back and ate out back one evening. Many memories made this visit!

Great place to stay but zero response from host when there was a problem

Condo was nice and had basic amenities. We were awoken our last morning by a contractor entering our condo while we were asleep at 7:30 in the morning! They entered with no knocking at all and when told must be in the wrong unit they still stood there with the door open until my husband was finally able to get dressed and asked them to leave.. a little unnerving while you are laying in bed not dressed. I tried to message the host and was unable to on VRBO kept coming back undeliverable. Also messaged via text message and no response!

Great place by the beach

This place was perfect for our family. We heavily utilized the full kitchen that had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Literally just walk across the street to the beach. Having things already in the storage shed to be used at the beach, like an umbrella, chairs, sand toys, etc. was also great!

Amazing location, very nice condo, but needs some TLC.

This condo is close to the beach, has a beautiful pool, great location, and the interior is nicely decorated. The dolphins are frequently passing through in the waterway behind the building. Amenities are nice, such as laundry within the condo, a nice fridge, a couple of pool towels in the closet, plenty of bath towels, and “starter pack” was plenty for us for a few days. We did go ahead and buy a few things from Publix, but we barely used any. There are two very large TVs located in the living room and bedroom. A couple of things to note.. one of the bathroom doors is screwed open. There is a door to the hallway on one side and one that opens to the bedroom. The one within the bedroom cannot be closed. Maybe not a big deal to some people, but this bothered me. I like my privacy, and it does help with humidity when taking showers. I emailed the property manager and did not receive a response. The condo could use some minor updates, as well. Some light fixtures had missing covers and the flooring has gaps between boards. If you can, I recommend bringing an extra pillow. A couple of them are very flat and old and should really be replaced. Bedding could be replaced, as sheets were very thin and pilled. There are many stains on the furniture and the couch could really use new cushions. If you know what to expect, I give this place a 4 out of 5, just due to how great the location is. But for what I paid, I would have expected the furniture and linens to be better.

Pictures are accurate. Ants and nats were a problem inside. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. The floor inside front door is mushy almost as if water got underneath flooring. The shower head is magnetic. Be careful not to soak the bathroom! 😂Parking was ideal for a small/intermediate car. We would stay here again.

Girls trip

We had such a good time while we stayed in Treasure Island. A few work order type mishaps here and there, but communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and very cute. Everything we needed to cook was provided which was also a plus.

Westwinds 213 2 weeks

Unit was adequate for accommodation, clean and well equipped. Location of 213 is adjacent to road, no view, dark, no balcony. Elevator close to unit out of commission- not great for seniors. Inland waterway area behind building is nice and well kept.

Great stay and location

I recently just stayed here for 6 nights. This rental was nice and mostly quiet (except by the pool some guest were blasting music at 8:30 or 9pm). I thought it was a cute unit and really liked it. There was an issue the bed and we called the owner and he promptly got back to us and had a repairman come out the next morning. There was a problem with the ice maker and the owner explained how to fix it and put in a bag of ice in the freezer in the meantime. He was very nice and professional. The pool was nice but it needed to be cleaned or shocked. It was very cloudy and the color was off. They could benefit to have a skimmer. I would’ve easily done it myself. It was super close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this particular unit. Thank you for the great stay with my kids and boyfriend.

We had a great time , weather was beautiful ! There could have been a few more low cost items available in the condo that would have nice to I have , hand soap , laundry detergent , napkins , you did replace torn shower liner !

Had little bit of a problem checking in. Some due to my inexperience we mobile phone. Unit wasn’t very clean /furniture not clean and previous renters plugged garbage disposal had to call for service they came fairly quickly

Fire cleaning person

Nice place to stay, they need to fire the cleaning person. Floor was dirty, the tops of the dressers were covered with dust. They look like they hadn't dusted for weeks. Had ants in the bed, but they did finally come and took care of them. Overall a nice place to stay. Was nice the owners had fishing poles to use.

Fantastic location to make memories

We needed a quick getaway from Alaska to visit sunny beaches and warm waters. Our vacation split time between Treasure Island and Anna Maria Island. Our time on the former, and specifically with this property, was the better experience. Upon opening the front door, we found the interior to be as expected from the advertising photos. The unit was spacious enough for a 1 BR, 1 BA housing a family of four. Leaving the sleeper sofa open doesn't leave you feeling cramped in the living room. The bedroom was large enough to fit a king bed plus room to move around. Two separate entries into the bathroom allows for parents to close the bedroom door but also access the bathroom without worrying about exposure. Kids can access the bathroom at night without having to come into the bedroom. Great setup. The kitchen is well appointed and has stone countertops. With limited space, this is crucial as it allowed me to utilize those surface areas with a hot pan without worrying or wasting time looking for a hot pad. I did not have the same luxury at the place on AMI which reinforced how important these little details are. Outside, the property is nice with the waterway to the east (you can fish from the dock), a pool and several outdoor facets/showers to rise your feet. There is an elevator but we didn't use it. A flight of stairs from the covered parking and you're essentially right at your door. Oh, about that covered parking -- it was really nice having a covered spot to shield the rental vehicle from baking in the sun. Another small detail but you'll begin to see how all these little details matter! The beach is a stone's throw away. We Google Mapped the place prior to arrival to understand what to expect but you can literally have your feet in the sand within three minutes of leaving the front door! Walk down the western staircase, exit to the street, head a few paces north and you'll reach a crosswalk. Press the button, traffic stops, you cross and enter a parking lot with beach access. It's really that simple. This property is in a fantastic location so you don't have to worry about driving to the beach and fighting for a parking spot. There are also a couple of coolers in the unit and beach chairs in the outdoor locker in front of the parking space. Restaurants, a grocery store and shopping are all within walking distance. More shopping and restaurants are a short drive north to John's Pass. We'd rent this property again in a heartbeat.
