«This is an awesome loft apartment in downtown Springfield. It is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The brick walls and high ceilings are very cool making for nice ambiance. It was amazingly quiet! We have stayed at other downtown VRBO's that were noisy as hell, but this was on a quieter street. It was within easy walking distance of numerous eating and drinking establishments. Our host was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!»

«My son and I visited Springfield for a baseball tournament and were pleased with our stay at this property. We were close to downtown and MSU, which provided plenty of options for food and activities. The apartment provided a stocked kitchen, including coffee which was nice in the morning and the host was easy to communicate with. Simple procedures for checkout, which was appreciated as well!»

«Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.»

«Very conveniently located a 9 minute walk from downtown. Beautifully decorated and stoked with supplies you may forget or need. Only complaint is there no microwave so if you're staying for more than a few nights or want a late night munchie you're kinda SOL. This is not fault of the host but there is a family located downstairs who smoke and have a dog who will bark at and playfully chase you »
