«If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.»

«Pros: Communication was easy/helpful staff. Property was kept up well. Some of the pictures were obviously taken to look bigger than the actual, but still really nice. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and newer appliances. Pools were well kept, Fire pit area was big with its own seating Cons: Really needed a new remote for the master bedroom tv and the 2nd bathroom handles fell off, but were able to put them back on»

«We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive.»

«When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't ...

«Very clean room and friendly staff. The views from the room were beautiful, and the resort was central to a lot of activities, dining, and shopping. We had a stacked schedule, so we unfortunately weren’t able to make it to any of the activities, but we were very impressed by the selection of things to do on property. Overall we had a very comfortable and super quiet stay. »
