«Property was dirty, not kept up, items were broke and hanging.The connecting properties and area were also dirty, damaged and unkept. The neighborhood occupants also had no thoughts on keeping to themselves or at minimum keeping the music to themselves, even at 2 am.The host or manager of the property also failed to send the keys until after we arrived and called him. He never owned the mistake or apologized for his error.The thermostat was also malfunctioning and would not allow you to adjust ...

«Our host was highly responsive and friendly! Accommodations were perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable, it is family AND pet friendly. The one designated parking space, where you enter your accommodations, was convenient for unloading and loading. There are stairs but a ramp as well. We will definitely stay with this host in these accommodations on our next visit! I give it a 10/10»

«This was a great place to stay for our first trip to KC. This property is a block from the state line, so we had fun walking into Kansas for dinner one night. We were also able to walk to the neighborhood coffee shop one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to a large park. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!»

Older building, very soft beds. Some strange electrical issues. TV has limited options. kitchen was well appointed for what we needed.»

«The pool was amazing! The mattresses and beds are dorm-style, so not the most comfortable, but also just fine. The cleanliness was a little shy of expectations. We did a little cleaning in one bathroom when we got there. The location is fantastic, the price is good, the parking is perfect. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay again.»

«Unfortunately this property was so dirty, all the pots, pans, glasses and dishes we dirty. Old moldy coffee grounds in the coffee basket, dead bugs and dirt behind the sofa and furniture. Two broken lamps and the bathroom drain was so clogged it took several minutes to drain when washing hands. The windows were clouded with dirt and there some black hairs in the bed. It was unfortunate because the bathroom was really cool and area is in revival. Cool brick walls, comfy mattress, interesting art ...
