«I will start by saying the host was very friendly which I appreciate. The place does look like the pictures and the area was fairly quiet. Although, I was disappointed in the cleaning. There was a third queen bed from the pull out couch that was not cleaned before our arrival. Host said it was because we asked for an early check-in, but if a full and thorough cleaning was not possible because of early arrival the host should have made that clear because it was not of top priority to have an ...

«The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy. I was unable to use the app I believe because I used a 3rd party to book. There were no instructions about the property and I did get locked in the courtyard at one point. Also check it was unclear because I could not use the app. »
