It is conveniently situated within the walking distance of everything you might need; a grocery store (600m), restaurant(1km), an ATM (600m) and a beach (300m). Split Airport is located 10km from the apartment.
Apartment Clementin consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, an AC unit and a wardrobe. The living area has access to a balcony with a stunning seaview, perfect for having a first cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. The apartment covers 48 m2 of living space and can accomodate up to 4 people in total.
Guests of apartment Clementin also have access to an outdoor barbecue and 2 pools (4 x 7m and 3 x 5m) surrounded with sun loungers and parasols which are shared with the guests of other apartments.
