The hotel showed no understanding that our son could be tired after a journey. My wife was spoken to so that she started to cry. The hotel should not have families with children at all, when they cannot show any understanding. We paid around 500 Euro per night, so it is unheard of to charge extra for an omelette or fresh jucie for breakfast. Otherwise there is nothing around the hotel, the nearest village is nothing. We moved to Porto Rotondo. which is much better. We travel a lot every year but have never experienced being spoken to like this by a hotel. We regretted choosing this hotel. In response to Google, the hotel lies. We were not offered a late check-out, we checked out of the room and handed over the key at 10 in the morning. The hotel says they would find a balance, but in its response the hotel shows no understanding for families with children. The hotel did nothing to apologize for the experience.
