«Great pool, wonderful staff who are so friendly and helpful!»

«staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. »

«Great experience. Got checked in by Tony - a very friendly and customer oriented guy. He gave us a very good start on our stay. The place is perfect. Spacious rooms, very clean, great Spa and the biggest shopping outlet in the region about 100m away! ...and, add perfect hosts also. White Oak staff are a true gem. Concierges, room service - and Tony tops it all. I stay more than 150 days a year in hotels around the World and this stay is up there, among the top 3.»

«DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are housing long term residents and because of this there is a high presence of security guards. So many that I began questioning my own safety at this place. The fire alarm went off 3 times one evening because one of the residents were smoking inside. I frequently stay in Niagara Falls and I will never stay at this place again. If you are looking for a nice getaway, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. »
