«Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do ...

«Overall the resort is nice, especially the grounds and the beach access which are both beautiful. It is also conveniently located. As noted with many reviews the actual rooms themselves are old and somewhat dated. They do serve their purpose and the beds are comfortable are the cleanliness can definitely be improved. The indoor pool is a nice feature (and i was looking forward to having the kids swim int it) but it could be better cleaned and better maintained. I, personally, didn't feel ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this property! The entire resort was clean and family-friendly, offering plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The staff members were very nice, and helpful. To top it off, the breakfast was great with excellent options. We will definitely be back!»

«No restsurant, no tv, AC rattled so loud you couldn't leave on. You xan tell this was a beautiful facility but it is now run down and needs maintenance inside and our Pool was nice and staff friendly»

«Great experience. Got checked in by Tony - a very friendly and customer oriented guy. He gave us a very good start on our stay. The place is perfect. Spacious rooms, very clean, great Spa and the biggest shopping outlet in the region about 100m away! ...and, add perfect hosts also. White Oak staff are a true gem. Concierges, room service - and Tony tops it all. I stay more than 150 days a year in hotels around the World and this stay is up there, among the top 3.»

«The only thing good about this resort was the Waterpark. Mattress were so uncomfortable, you could feel the spring poking your back, bedsheets were cheap polyster or microfiber(felt suffocated whole night), bathrooms barely had any toiletries, staff was not welcoming. They charge $25 for parking per night. Toilet Flush wasn't working, the maintaince guy plunged the water in for it work, but the issue kept on happening.
