«I upgraded my room to have a hot tub, the hot tub was extremely dirty and the water was a muddy colour. I washed it out 4 times and still nothing changed. I contacted front desk who just came upstairs to apologize and offered me no discount on my stay or anything at all. The next day they moved me to a different room and the same results happened again. I got fed up and just left and will never return. I know its not the fault of the staff for the rooms not being up to date or cleaned properly ...

«The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient.»
