«This property is a 15 minute walk to the Eaton Center, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and Tim Hortons across the street. There is a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Very clean. All of my texts were promptly answered and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. »

«It was simple and ok. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathtub was very good. The rooms where not very sound proof, so you good hear your neighbours. There was also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms at the hotel, so the smell was everywhere at times. »

The property itself was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay. «I booked the room "Single room, 2 queen beds, non smoking (with sofa bed)" The online photo's showed the room as a spacious apartment style room, with separate living room area and a wet bar/kitchenette. The room that was given to me was not as advertised. Appeared to be a standard room with a sofa bed. I was still charged the rate of the larger room. Once i arrived, the entire hotel was booked so there was no option to switch rooms. The hotel is also very outdated and tired looking»

«Bed was comfortable, everything was fine. Two (minor) complaints: no elevator (bad back and knees made this a big deal) and only 1 mirror in the room, at the bathroom vanity. As someone who wears glasses, this made it impossible to apply makeup appropriately, and no way to check final appearance before leaving for our event. Again - minor, but irritating.»
