Set on 2.1 acres, this gated contemporary home offers a private family retreat with updated landscaping throughout the property. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the residence has been recently updated with a renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The living room features an open floor plan, double-height ceilings, abundant natural light, and a working fireplace, and it opens directly onto a spacious outdoor patio.

The main level includes three en-suite bedrooms, while the second-floor primary suite offers a private terrace with majestic sunset views over Peconic Bay. The fully finished lower level includes an additional bedroom with a full bath, along with access to a recreation room featuring pool and ping-pong tables, as well as storage and laundry areas. This property offers ample space to enjoy the Hamptons in every season.

Cooper's Beach is one of America's top-rated beaches, known for its pristine white sand and full amenities including lifeguards, restrooms, concession stand, and chair/umbrella rentals. It is approximately 9.6 miles away by car (around a 20-minute drive) from location. A daily parking permit typically costs around $50.

North Sea Beach is also about 3 miles away and is located on the bay side, offering a different, likely calmer, experience than the ocean beaches.

Little Plains Beach is around 2 miles away and offers a more quiet and peaceful atmosphere compared to the more popular Coopers Beach. It has a small parking lot, so arriving early is recommended.

  • Incredible experience, lovely mile and a half walk down a path that leads to the beach. Make sure to bring some black sunflower seeds to feed the birds and chipmunks. I’ve had woodpeckers, black capped chickadees and titmouse feed right out of my hand. There’s a nearby pizza restaurant to stop and grab a bite, Cappellini’s.

Wonderful stay!

My group of girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group — plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved spending time by the pool, which made the weekend feel extra relaxing. We would absolutely come back. It was truly a lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts were perfect for some fun, and the updated kitchen and bathrooms really stood out. Loved the open living area with its high ceilings and fireplace, plus the private terrace with amazing Peconic Bay sunsets. The lower-level rec room with pool and ping pong tables was a great bonus, and being close to beaches and transportation was super convenient. Everything felt so well-kept, cozy and private —definitely a highlight of our trip. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great for Families and a wonderful host!

My family and I went to the Southamptons for our Christmas vacation. Since it was during the winter we didn’t try out the on-site tennis court or pool. The house is gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. The host was in communication from 2-days before we arrived until checkout to assist as needed. We brought most of our gifts and a pop-up tree. All rooms have their own bathroom which is convenient. Plenty of linens and anything else you may need. If you’re used to using more than one oven there will be an adjustment but the convection microwave serves as a warmer as well as the air fryer/roaster/toater/etc. combo appliance. The views from the balcony are amazing. The wooded area provides privacy. The game room was great for family activities and the family room for movie night. Taking the LIRR into NYC was convenient as well. This is definitely a property that we would return to, we really enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful

With a baby we needed a place with enough entertainment, so we didn’t have to go out much. This place has ALL of that and more. We loved it. We cooked, grilled, swam, played tennis, pickleball, ping pong, pool; all at the house. It was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful!!

My two sons, their wives and my 4 year old granddaughter so enjoyed our stay at this house. Julie, the owner, was so helpful all the way thru the process. We easily found the house and it was central to everything. Everything was beautiful from the extensive grounds with heated pool and tennis courts to the house itself. The layout and roominess allowed for shared time together, grilling out and eating dinner together every night and playing games around the table, but our own spaces as well to read, watch TV or chill. The upstairs primary suite is on its own and very quiet with the most incredible view from the private deck. Huge closet with more than adequate space to unpack and feel at home for the week. The three bedrooms on the first floor gave the rest of the family room to spread out as well. Another bedroom we didn't even use on the basement level with 2 double beds (shows twins on site, but they were doubles) but a game room with ping pong and pool that the kids did enjoy. The outdoor pool heated up quickly and we had the perfect weather for the kids to swim and sunbathe. My boys were on the tennis team in high school and hadn't had the chance to play as often recently so they hit the tennis court everyday and loved it. My granddaughter said, "Grams, this is the coolest house!" and her mom proclaimed it the "best week ever". As my son has moved to Mystic, CT and this was a quick ferry ride over, we plan to visit again. Recommend highly!!

Southampton getaway

Absolutely Phenomenal Vacation Home

This beautiful home was a great vacation home for our entire family! The house was impeccably clean with a ton of amenities, everything we wanted or needed was provided. The basketball/tennis court provided hours of entertainment for our family and the swimming pool made for a great leisurely morning or afternoon of swimming and relaxing poolside. Julie was a very attentive host and responded to our text messages for suggestions on Gurney's Seawater Spa, Vegan restaurants and more. We had a fabulous time and plan to return to this splendid vacation home!

Wonderful Home!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Julie was such a generous host and very clear communicator. Everything was very straightforward and her home was spacious and comfortable for the 10 of us that stayed there. We felt very relaxed and loved how tucked away we were. It was easy to get to local restaurants, wineries, etc. I would absolutely go back and encourage others to stay here as well. 10/10!

MEMORABLE LDW!

My wife and I rented this house with several couples and I can honestly say everything was incredible! Julie and her family were engaged and always helpful, even over s holiday weekend. The house was exactly as described; the pool, tennis court, and “great room” were amazing in keeping us occupied throughout. The property is at the end of a cul de sac, and it’s perfectly secluded. The beach and local town were minutes away, and the drive coming from the city was an easy one ! We will be back to this property 100% ! Thank you Julie for your hospitality!

Family Get Together

Julie's house is lovely. It is close to Southampton Village, but far enough away for a private escape. It is incrediby clean and well appointed. She was totally accessible and a very gracious hostess, indeed. I would love to be a guest again and thoroughly recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!! PRIVATE!! DEF RECOMMEND!

Just finished up a FABBB, FUN stay at this beautiful home!! Can't recommend enough!! The house has an open floor plan, LOTS of windows and LOTS of sunshine--- which we LOVED!! My husband, family and I felt SOOO comfortable here! The house was very clean, homey and Julie the host, was the BEST and SUPER HELPFUL!! The home is also located at the end of the block so it was very private!! If you are looking for a home with a great location, pool and tennis, this home is for you!! Also, as an added bonus, you can catch a beautiful view of the sunset off the balcony of the master bedroom!!

Beautiful house in a calm spot

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with everything my husband and friends needed. We very much enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Julie was very helpful and always available. Will definitely go back! **Adding in Spanish in case helpful!** La casa es maravillosa. Estaba súper equipada por lo que fue muy cómodo para mi esposo, mis amigos y yo. Wonderful and relaxing stay in Southampton

Great host and the house was wonderful. Our stay was amazing. If anything, the house is much better than it even looks in the pictures. While we didn't have the best luck with the weather, the heated pool and the large outdoor space ensured we could take advantage of all the amenities anyway. Julie provided us with fresh sheets and many towels as well. The house is also very quiet, relaxing and convenient (only a 15 minute drive away from town!). Our group had a great time - would absolutely recommend!
