«communication with host was poor. I have stayed at many rentals and this was unusual for me to have my host not respond much. Bathroom shower is very awkward and not pleasant. Would be nice to have the tub replaced with a walk in shower stall. A small table near the sink would be nice to have as "counter space".»

«We only stayed for 1 night but the area is really nice and the house is well.located. Lots of space for x6 people and very clean. If i were to stay longer i wouldn't have been that impressed with the kitchen facilities as there wasnt enough cutlery, cups , pans, tea towels etc and some of the cupboards were starting to show signs of wear and tear. Also very limited and small towels. Not an issue for us as we ate out but for every day use not ideal »

«Great place, great location - only 10 minutes from just about everywhere in Tampa. Quiet location. Good amount of space - more than a hotel room. Very clean. Kitchen appliances were good, and plenty of stuff to cook with. Check in was relatively smooth, once we located the lock boxes. Super responsive to all of our questions.
