«communication with host was poor. I have stayed at many rentals and this was unusual for me to have my host not respond much. Bathroom shower is very awkward and not pleasant. Would be nice to have the tub replaced with a walk in shower stall. A small table near the sink would be nice to have as "counter space".»

There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. «We only stayed for 1 night but the area is really nice and the house is well.located. Lots of space for x6 people and very clean. If i were to stay longer i wouldn't have been that impressed with the kitchen facilities as there wasnt enough cutlery, cups , pans, tea towels etc and some of the cupboards were starting to show signs of wear and tear. Also very limited and small towels. Not an issue for us as we ate out but for every day use not ideal »

«There were a number of reasons for this rating. The listing said there was wi-fi - there was none. It said there was a tub - there is not. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker or even ice trays. There are two floorboards in the second bedroom that need to be glued down since they stick up. The coffee maker still had grounds in it. The TV is Roku and does not get general stations. On the positive side it was a great location for us. »

«The unit was dirty when we arrived. We had a total of two bath towels and one wash cloth to share between two people. It is doubtful the towels were that clean too. When we asked for additional wash clothes, hand towels and bath mat we were told the onsite service was notified and will bring them. There is no onsite service and we had to spend time out of our day to go buy those items because they were never delivered. I suspect the host was an AI chatbox, but they said they weren’t. «Very spacious house. This is actually the first rental I’ve stayed at that felt like a home. Everything else feels so staged but this felt like I was visiting family. The backyard is very fun to hang out in and don’t forget to utilize the entertainment room!! »

«Terrible communication. Never given access to original location. I was relocated an hour after i should have been able to check in. New unit had no toilet paper or blow dryer, as was listed in the unit i booked. So i had to purchase both of those things. There was also no hot water. Communication with the host took hours so i had to reach out to customer service. Maintenance had to come out twice just for the water to be barely warn. It was a terrible way to spend vacation.
