The walls were stained in many places, some areas including parts of the hallway were visibly worn, the kitchen has seen better times, and the cleaning was not top-notch. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
