«We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...

«Upstairs neighbors were loud and stomped on the floor above us constantly. Including after the suggested quiet times. Back porch was messier than the pictures in the listing. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost non existent.»

«This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.»

«Great place to stay! How was very accommodating!»

«Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY.»

«We were in town for a family birthday celebration. Before booking, we looked at the area hotels and they were all either very expensive, or, had terrible reviews. This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.»
