«Beautiful home!! It was so spacious, close to vineyards, and very private! I felt so safe as a solo female traveler. Not to mention the property was beautiful! So many gorgeous plants and trees, and then you can see the beautiful vineyard and wineries. I would love to stay here again - definitely family friendly as well. »

«The hosts were great with communication and offering to accommodate late check out when our flight got delayed an entire day. The room is gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. The shower was amazing. So amazing we actually ordered the shower tower for our bathroom during our stay. Bed was super comfy and the sheets and bedding were soft. «Eugene and Natalie are exceptional hosts! Our Sonoma Suitte was well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a big screen TV. What was truly nice are the extras for example: a bottle of nice wine, a bowl of fruit with apples and persimmons, cookies, biscotti, a nice can of Italian wafers and more. The bed was very comfortable. What we really appreciate is a washer and dryer in the room so we do not have to pack as many clothes for an extended stay. «Houseboat was incredible! Trust the GPS directions provided as we arrived later in the afternoon and it was getting dark. If you are not from the area you could get a little lost. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best. The accommodations are amazing and we were so happy! Highly recommend!!»

Rated 4/5 on accuracy of listing as when I booked the rental the checkout time was 10:30, but said 10:00am later on. We had a cleaner at 10:03am knocking on our door. »

«Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience.
