«Close to the metro and near a great Armenian bakery spot for breakfast. Great neighborhood feel and enjoyed the provided coffee.»

«very friendly staff. excellent communication!»

«Pros: cute, clean, and I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally, I was able to walk back from a show at the rose bowl. Communication around the issues I had were responded to quickly. Cons: I paid a LOT of money to stay here for 3 nights. When I got there, it smelled like pot (the next evening they had some air fresheners delivered which was kind). The bed was so squeaky and wobbly it made sleep difficult. The shower didn’t drain well so water pooled up over my ...

«Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.»

«I have booked vacation rentals all over the United States and even in Europe and have never felt like I absolutely had to leave a negative review but this property is the exception. Our family was pressed for time to attend a funeral or I would not have stayed in the house and canceled the booking. The listing of details of the house are outright lies. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. »

«Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!»

«The house is nice, conveniently located, and offers private parking and all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the shower drain in the master bathroom and the sink in the guest bathroom were partially clogged. Water drained slowly, leaving behind dirty residue from previous use, which made both unpleasant and unsanitary to use. The host promised to send someone the following morning to address these issues, but no one showed up. The host was responsive and communication was great, but ...

«This is a great place. Perfect location for our visit. We had our little dog with us and didn’t worry at all as the yard is fully fenced. Well appointed and nicely decorated. With friends and family in the area, would totally book this property again. »
