Entire house is equipped with latest technology such as wireless charger, bluetooth radio and a smart speaker. This bungalow is located in historic area, accessible through private back alley and comes with ONE dedicated and gated parking, FULL KITCHEN with a dish washer.

The unit was built with the thought of comfort and luxury at the same time. Full size kitchen is completed with stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and have a dining area. Fully stocked kitchen has all the basis you need to prepare for your meal and enjoy.
Cozy living room is equipped with a movie projector that can project some 4K quality movies or live TV. With a nearly flat recliner and a wall to wall screen, you will have a feeling like watching a movie at a private theater.
Bedroom is decent size, has a queen size bed, comes with a desk for those needing to work from home.
Hardwood flooring throughout the house and it is thoughtfully decorated with nature related artwork.
There are three separate houses. Outside patio is shared between three houses. Seating area has a bonfire and BBQ grill or evening entertainment. Laundry room is in a separate building and shared between three houses.

Guests have access to entire house. Patio outside is shared between 3 houses on the lot.

I am easy to reach most of the time and questions are usually replied within a few hours.

Situated in the heart of historical neighborhood called Washington Heights district. It is 5 minutes drive to Old Town Pasadena, Lake district shopping, dining and restaurants and grocery stores. Rose Bowl is 2 miles away. JPL, Cal Teach, PCC, Huntington Library and 5 miles radius. Eaton Canyon hiking trail and Echo mountain hiking trails are less than 10 minutes away for those who loves nature.

Gold line train station that goes to DTLA and across San Gabriel Valley is a mile away. Downtown Los Angeles is 20-30 minutes drive from home.

There are security camera around the property but not inside the unit.
No shoes in the house.
Run the dish washer or do the dishes before checking out.
Turn off A/C, heater and lights when leaving.
Please leave the bed unmade & used towels on the bedroom floor at checkout.
