«Sasha was incredibly and swiftly responsive. The location of the apartment was terrific - near several bus lines and three tube lines into central London, and the area was remarkably quiet at night, yet very safe.Note that it is not very contemporary, lacking a television, dryer and many kitchen amenities, but this may add to the charm of the apartment.It was a lovely place to base.»

«Arrived 5 pm on a dark rainy evening with my two young teenage boys to find none of the beds were made up when I questioned the agent City Relay they informed me there was a pest issue and relocated us to a far inferior property and stated their policy is not to refund their clients with the difference between the superior and inferior property. The property actually looks really nice unfortunately the agent running the place stank and I will make a point of not booking anything that they manage ...

«Gorgeous family home in the heart of Chiswick. Right near an array of independent restaurants and boutiques, the river and parks. Iowa was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and compassionate. «My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! »
