"Ended up moving to a different hotel 3 days prior to planned departure because we simply didnt enjoy ourselves and didnt manage to relax in this hotel. Reached out to them a couple of times prior to our actual departure but still havent got any answer(5-6 days later). Wont come back.

+ 24/7 convenience store in the building
+ Fridge and microwave
+ Getting bottles of water in the fridge every day
Negatives
- What sounds like construction(drilling in the wall) noises through out the day (both mid day (1200-1400pm) and now at even the evening as well(20:00pm)
- Unbreathable bed sheets, which makes it impossible to sleep without aircon
- Extremely noisy aircon and ventilation, which makes it next to impossible to sleep
- Rocky hard beds
- Very dirty balconies, which also is make us not wanting to use them
- Not cleaning well inside. A lot of dust.
- Overcrowded gym
- Not taking trash when cleaning(bare minimum)
- Difficult to get help from staff/reception
- Uncosy room in general(Signature Suite)
- Not getting basics such as toilet paper, when the room is cleaned"
