«The hotel is near to Airport and that is good from commute standpoint. But, this is huge disadvantage that there is no restaurant nearby. The hotel is providing shuttle and it helps to some extent. The breakfast was decent, no complaints. The staffs were very friendly and thats a plus.»

«Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot»

«Property was clean nice view from restaurant. The weight staff in the restaurant was very few. We had a party of 7. 4 got their food and three waited another 10 or more minutes for theirs.. had to go get the the waitress for dessert, menus. We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about. Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature ...

«Nice hotel for a quick stay in Columbus. Not right in the middle of things so it's quiet. The only issue I had was there was no house keeping service during our stay. I don't mind if no one comes in to make the bed, but it's important to me to give us fresh towels, especially when they didn't leave enough for the two days we were there. If you don't provide that service you should let guests know ahead of time.»

«Parking was tight, but I found a spot. It would’ve been better to put the E-car charging spots in the rear parking area instead of taking spots away from all the “regular cars”, since you aren’t supposed to park in the charging ones. All of the E-car spits were open the two days I stayed.»

«This hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my adult life. The staff was happy to answer questions and Rita went out of her way to welcome us to the hotel and show us around. And, since it was a hotel and casino we were able to find a way to occupy free time whenever we wanted to. Loved my experience at this hotel!»
