«Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. We were given a room on the seventh floor but there were no carts to carry up luggage for our entire stay, as well as our refrigerator didn't work, nor did our neighbor's refrigerator. And finally one of the two elevators was broken down the entire time, which caused about a 5 to 10-minute wait each ride. I have a broken foot and a boot which is why the stairs weren't an option.»

«This is an amazing property. Great customer service and food and beverage options. They have a late night dining option and are very close to shopping and dining options. I was here for a wedding, and was pleasantly surprised at how well run the place was. Most importantly the location is only 15 minutes from the airport. I'll definitely come back again to study at this property.»

«The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay. ...
