The experience my partner and I had during our night was terrible. After midnight on Saturday 2/14/26, there was no parking. There were about 3 spots available but were covered in snow. I walked inside to let the employee, Dustin, know about the situation. He told me the hotel across from there would allow us to park at their site. I walked over to the next door hotel and the lady working said that is not allowed. I walked back to Dustin to let him know and he was clueless as what to do next. He offered no help after. I was left with nothing to do. My partner then promoted to speak to Dustin, in which he provided my partner with a note that said “they can park here,” meaning we can park at an unofficial parking spot in front of the hotel. He also said the general manager, Al Schreiber, was unavailable to be contacted. My partner and I were afraid of getting our car towed. There was no guarantee our car would be safe. I walked back inside to talk to Dustin, in which he handed me a shovel in a frustrated way to shovel snow from a parking spot myself. My partner and I were left speechless. After a long time, my partner and I waited outside in the cold until a parking spot finally opened up. I wish I can get my refund back after this experience.
