«The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. »

«We went a whole night without electricity—don't hotels usually have a backup generator, or am I mistaken? But regardless, that didn't bother me too much; what I *must* say is that the noise from the other guests was CHAOTIC. They were running around, screaming, and slamming doors—it was horrible.
But the staff is 10/10—I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mariana.

«The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio ...

«We arrived Friday, March 13 and checked in around 3:00 pm. The power went out around 4:15 pm and when we left the property at 10:30 pm the power was still out. The manager (John) said that everyone would receive a complimentary stay because of the power outage. As of Saturday at 10:00 pm I still had not received a credit to my credit card. »

«Our room was not as clean as expected in the sense that the duvet covers had stains, there was what appeared to be dog hair on the kitchenette shelf, and there was half used bottles of lotion in the shower and on the bathroom counter. The furniture was ok except for a decorative bench that was falling apart. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was closed. I wish when you booked they would have to tell you if any of the offered amenities were closed. »
