«The elevator did not work. I had a lot of things so needed two trips caring my belongings. Another person told me that elevator is often out of service. When I left after one night,I wanted to ask for a partial refund, but I was about as far as I could be from the front desk and had already made two trips to my car on the stairs. I was already running late so did not have time. No excuse if they often have trouble. It should be working.»

«The rooms were fairly clean. Beds comfortable. Loved all of the pillows. Apparently black out curtains have become an extra amenity at some hotels but this one still had them at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. Little crowded but the food selection was good. No issues with parking. The street is a little hard to find because it looks like an alley. Close to the expo if you’re needing that. The pool was actually warm and decently clean. They allowed us to swim until 10pm. No noise issues ...

«Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. The door lock shook with a tiny bit of movement and the deadlock didn't lock. The AC unit emitted ...

«All was good except the sofa-bed we need to use. We found some food crumbs and a small insect, a sign that the sofa is not cleaned regularly.»

«The air conditioner didn't work properly, and when it did it leaked and left a big puddle on the floor. There were ants on the table between the beds. They ran out of breakfast sandwiches. It came with coffee which none of us drink. When we asked for milk instead, we had to pay for it. One of our keys didn't work. No Do Not Disturb sign for the door. Water pressure was not good and only had so much hot water. Parking was free - that was great! Beds were comfortable.»

«Pool was absolutely and disgustingly filthy!! Toilet seat was loose. Both bedside electric lamps had exposed wires - dangerous. HVAC rattled badly. Staff was find to switch us to another room where all was OK except one bedside lamp had the same problem -- exposed wires!!»

«Room was clean. Overall, the hotel was clean. It was easy to switch my stay to accommodate my dog. Friendly staff.»

«The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.»

«Loved the location. Being downtown in the conference center was super convenient with the coffee shops and little store downstairs open late. Pizza place down the street was amazing, nice quiet area. Super clean.»
