«This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. «There were no luggage racks for our suitcases, so they had to be put on the floor. The “pull our and up” couch does not work. We tried several times, but did want to bend the metal so just slept on the couch. »

«We were in town for Reds Spring Training games. We enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go. Covered parking, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool were right across from the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of room, and clean. The area is beautiful.
