«What a disappointment. the property appeared to be fairly new so was expecting it to be great. However, I stayed 4 nights and could not get them to clean room once, even after requesting twice. Food was sparse for breakfast to be included. And, even at that; was not much selection. I paid nearly $1,000 for the 4 nights, which also made it overpriced for the lack or service and amenities. I will not stay here again and would not recommend.»

«Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though.»

«The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. »

«My girlfriend and I only stayed one night. We had a room with two queen beds. They had everything in that room. They do have coffee, caffeine and decaf. The shower is very spacious and comfortable, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and a blow dryer every single staff person that we interacted with was lovely, friendly eye contact just a pleasure. We enjoyed our ourselves and slept very, very well even though it’s by a train track couldn’t hear the train in the morning. We ...
