Grill and fire pit table (propane included). Full coffee/tea bar which includes a Nespresso and Keurig maker, lots of varieties of coffee and teas, syrups, creamers, and flavors. Spacious home with 2 living areas, and Smart tvs in every room to please all guests.

Lindsey is the best host we have ever worked with. The Tempe house is perfect with so many special touches to make a great stay. We watched the sunrise from a heated pool drinking coffee each morning which I will be missing in snowy Chicagoland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. We appreciate all the games, pool table and the arcade machine for some fun in the evening. The neighborhood is great for walking. Lindsey is a great communicator and really cares about her guests. We highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay and the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean, plenty of toys were provided and my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do around the area. I would highly recommend this property and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

We've probably stayed in 20-plus vacation rentals, and have deemed this one our favorite! Everything was top-notch... lots of room for our family of three, comfortable beds, terrific swimming pool, tons of "extras" like games, books, kitchen stuff, and even a personalized welcome sign. We were in town to move our daughter, who is transferring to ASU, into her apartment right off campus, and this house became our refuge after long days of unpacking and organizing! We are most grateful to Lindsey, who kept us informed before, during and after and is an extraordinary hostess!

Exploring AZ

Was a great experience; appreciated the available outdoor games and pool, as well as the indoor activities, such as pingpong and board games. Great kitchen! Having multiple TV's was great, but having a space for all of us to watch something together was nice too. Easy access location - great value. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

A host and property

This is our second stay at this wonderful house and once again our stay was perfect. We were in town to see my daughter run the Mesa marathon so I did a lot of cooking and this had to be one of the best equipped kitchens in any rental houses we have ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and more. The house has a great Arizona room with a ping pong/pool table that we enjoyed each evening after dinner. We spent a lot of time outside soaking in the sun and lounging around in the comfortable outdoor chairs. My highlight was the heated pool early each morning. For a Chicago lady this was a treat that never happens in February. We so appreciated the option to heat the pool. Our host Lindsey is such a great person. There are so many added touches to make a stay special from the coffee/tea bar to the lovely decor and many games and pool floats. Thank you once again Lindsey you really are the best!!

Amazing property and host!

We traveled to AZ with 4 teenage boys, and wanted a house where they could enjoy themselves when not playing baseball. This property was absolutely perfect! Plenty of activities to keep them occupied! The coffee bar was also a very nice surprise. Our host, Lindsey was wonderful. She checked in with us prior to and during the stay.I would highly recommend this home and host!

Cute Tempe House with Pool

This house was so cute & perfect for our stay for my sisters baby shower dinner celebration. The location is great in Tempe, close to the freeway, nice neighborhood, corner lot, well taken care of. The house had everything we needed to cook, towels for the pool and the 3 rooms are super cute with cute updated bathrooms. We loved the sun room, all the windows and we ate dinner out on the patio table before we got in the pool. The host, Lindsey was wonderful! Great communication from start to finish. A really easy rental and stay. Highly recommend!

I’ve spent my son’s first birthday here! The place is very clean, organized. The host is very responsive and very kind when I requested an early check in she was so kind to let me know that the housekeeper was done early and I can check in earlier than my time with no additional fee. Enjoyable Stay

This was my first time using the VRBO system. I will definitely keep it up with listings like this one. The drive from Gammage Auditorium was 8 minutes. The house is far enough from main roads for a quiet location. Very pleasant decor, five televisions, ping-pong/pool table, a very nice pool, and Lindsey thought of pretty much everything to make the stay comfortable. Great communication and thoughtful amenities. Next time I'm in Tempe, I will positively book again.
