«The host was very accomodating. The house was perfect for 14 of us. Loved having the pool, hot tub, and mini golf. The pool and spa cannot heat at the same time. And we used the slide minimally as it was a little loud and the water going back into the pool cools it down faster. Would recommend a schedule for spa heat vs pool heat to make it easier. The indoor space is open and also echos a bit, so with alot of kids, got loud quickly. It was a bit cooler during our stay so couldnt always convince ...

«We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We chose this location as we were hunting close by and did not feel like roughing it. We had no problems. It is at the end of a road overlooking Payson..very nice. Note that the residence was probably built in the early 80's (sorry I am an architect and details) and we loved the period textile art.»

«This property was cozy, very clean, had lots of natural light and well equipped for our stay. The check in was easy and having a garage is so appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the BBQ grill worked well and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and air traffic. We hung a hummingbird feeder and the birds found it quickly since they were feeding on the flowers along the house. There's a neighborhood Walmart and nice park/botanical garden within walking distance and downtown ...
