Sambil Santo Domingo

Overall the stay was nice. The property is beautiful, the food is great and the amenities are nice. Coming from the US there was a language barrier, but being half Puerto Rican I do understand Spanish for the most part and that’s where my stay lost some points. Most of the staff were nice and did their best to translate, but and select few were very rude in their looks and comments to my lack in ability to speak Spanish. None the less the stay was lovely, and Julio made our night each dinner with his excellent service hands down best employee there.

Amazing resort with everything you need to relax and unwind. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything, they are always available. The hotel is clean and provides not only the essentials but much much more so you don’t have to do anything but relax and enjoy your stay. It’s not expected but I advise to tip the staff because they do such a good job making you feel welcome and taken care of.
