"The hotel was lovely and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. I wanted to drop off my rental car when I arrived and the shuttle came and picked me up right at the rental car place. I felt safe and very well taken care of. It is now my go to Hotel when I want to stay near the Sacramento ..."

"The property was decent, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was pubic hair on the toilet, blood on the wall, food on the floor, and dirty sheets on the pull-out couch. The bedding in the bag for the couch was also used and not cleaned."
