With views over the citadel of Rye in East Sussex and the River Tillinham, Neap Tide is perfectly located a short walk from the town. The sandy beach of Camber and delightful Rye Harbour are close by. The front garden leads to a spacious open plan living room with big sofa, flat screen smart TV and dining table. There is a well appointed kitchen, utility room and garden with outside table. Upstairs are three bedrooms - a master with an ensuite, double bedroom, two bunks & family bathroom.

Neap Tide is situated in the heart of Rye, an ancient cinque port town on the south coast. The town is round for its iconic cobble stones, picturesque buildings and is host to a plethora of antique shops, lifestyle shops delightful pubs and eateries. Only a short drive away from the sandy beach of Camber Sands and Rye Harbour which sits on a fabulous nature reserve - perfect for long interrupted walks and relaxing on the beach. Walk easily from the cottage around the town (it's not that big!). There is a bus that runs to Camber Sands and Rye Harbour or catch the train to nearby Hastings for a day out.
