«This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there ...

«Horrible me cobraron un "upgrade" por las 2 habitaciones mintiendome que era en area renovada, los cuartos viejos, la tina no servia, las luces del baño no servian, el A/C rechinaba toda la noche, lo reporté todos los dias y nunca lo arreglaron
El mini bar no lo rellenaban y si les hablabas para pedirles que lo rellenaran decian que si lo habian hecho y ya no era cosa de ellos
