Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain. Next day I requested the hotel reception to arrange a car with a good driver who will show me the places and I booked it for 8 hours. The driver whose behaviour is not good at all has shown us only 3 jhulad and he dropped us at 4.45 pm in a place from where I have to get down by near about 50 stairs with this pain
I requested the driver he told me private card don't go upto the ghat
But unfortunately I found there is a parking place near the ghat. He left us long away from ghat.
I then requested him to keep my 3 shopping bags in the hotel
But again mis fortune , I didn't get my 3 new diaries which I have bought from rishikesh. Got lost from car only
I paid full charges ( 4000+) for car seeing only 3 jhulas. Driver told me there is no other way to go to beatles ashram where as another driver of the hotel( who brought us back from arati ghat) told us there is another way to go to beatles ashram.
Driver is very bad, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. But reception and other staff members are good
