Access to all rooms in the house depends on the number of occupants. Thus, for an occupancy of 4 people or more, the entire house is accessible. For 2 people, access will be limited to the rooms on the ground floor: you will therefore have access to 1 large bedroom with queen size bed, 1 shower room with toilet and washing machine, 1 living room with kitchen and the interior courtyard. For 3 people, only the ground floor bedroom (with queen size bed) remains closed but you have access to all the other rooms in the house (including 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor: 1 with personal shower room and toilet and queen bed size and 1 other with 2 single beds) as well as the sunny terrace and the courtyard on the ground floor.
Other remarks
The house has two levels. Upstairs a large bedroom with a large double bed, a separate toilet, a large shower for two in the bedroom, a SmartTV and direct access to the terrace. Next door is a bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the equipment for normal living there as well as lots of holiday equipment. A third bedroom with a large bed for two, a SmartTV and direct access to the courtyard. A separate bathroom with large shower for two, toilet and washing machine.
