«The location and the room itself was ok. I was specifically looking for hotels with parking and this hotel came up on the list. When we got there the person checking us in was quite rude - also we were charged for parking - he did say we could park on the street and that that would not cost as much - but we had a few bags and had to leave early in the morning to the airport. Last day in Iceland after two lovely weeks - kinda dampens the experience.»

«A really nice hotel. Room was clean, had a fridge which is always good. The receptionist was extremely friendly and polite. I came a few hours early, but they allowed me to check in early as the room was ready. Information was given for the room and sent on my email and by the receptionist. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, the hotel was great, but the only downside was that the window in my room was not possible to open. So it got extremely hot in the room, which made it ...

«Great location, in middle of main shopping street. That’s it, rest is terrible. Stayed in room 103, it is small and crowded when sofa bed is used. Check in was terrible, process to get in to the room cumbersome and there are no staff on premise. The intercom is almost not operational so it is hard to get help. Room had no normal windows, just a window in the ceiling. Felt uncomfortable as there are no emergency exits, so when the firealarm went off it was uncomfortable. The sofabed was not made ...
