«While we only stayed one night so we could be close for an early charter, we appreciated the size of the room, the cleanliness and additionally that we didn’t have to climb any stairs to access the room. The owner, Mike, was extremely quick with responses.»

«The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). «Nice location with plenty of parking. The pool is across from the condo which is very convenient. The condo was clean and close to Sapphire Beach and the ferry to St. John’s . We did have a couple of power outages lasting 2-3 hrs.each time during our stay. There is an extension cord in the unit that you plug outside (since the building has power) but no power strip. It would be nice to have one to be able to charge your phone and a portable fan since it got humid inside. There was a flashlight ...

«The room was beautiful great View locations on point for everything you needed within the area the only downfall I would say was the hill if you're walking and if you have any type of handicap but other than that beautiful place to stay»

«The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate.»

«Very clean. Beautiful balcony vew of St John and hardly a 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was nicely equipped for meal prep. On site clean pools and a nice restaurant qith a bar on property (great for breakfast) and 5 minute walk to a few more eateries and bar on the beach. Taxi transportation 5 minutes away and almost always available. My second stay here, host with good line of communication.»
