«Vi var to par som dro noen dager til Bath etter anbefaling fra flere som har vært der. Vi valgte the Gainsborough pga beliggenhet og fordi det så ut som et flott hotell med en flott spa-avdeling. Vi ble ikke skuffet! Hotellet koster mer enn mange andre, men hotellet har ansatte som ALLE var særdeles service-innstilte og imøtekommende. Anbefales på det varmeste!»

«Lovely place to stay out of town and surrounded by beautiful gardens. There is a bus about 50m away that goes to York. Great place to stay and explore the area, then come home to an excellent spa and gym. Only grizzle is that the pillows weren’t great and I think if you’re staying there you should get a spa towel without paying for it! Make sure to book any spa treatment or restaurant early as they book out. »

«The position of the hotel is convenient for the shops, the port and the bus station. The standard rooms are extremely 'tight'. There is very little space in the bedroom and a tiny bathroom. No views from the windows. If staying in St Hellier again, I would choose Premier Inn because the rooms are bigger and more 'user friendly'.»
