«The hotel was right across the street fron the skywheel and union station. Parking was $20/night which is cheaper comparred to the area. They did some freebies across multiple nights and we loved it. Historical charm with midern ammenities. GREAT breakfast. Very clean. »

«Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. »

«Got a room that was not cleaned. Was changed to a new upgraded room which was big and great. Very grateful for that. Was a little surprised that there was no cleaning of the room during the entire stay. We have not experienced that since the covid times. Roof bar was very good but great view.»

«This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. »

«Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.»

«The room was great. Spacious and comfortable bed. Only draw backs were no handle on mirrored closet door and shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower kinda high on wall. I am only 5'2" and had a stretch to reach. Staff was nice and full of smiles. Convience to restaurants and casino big plus.»
