«My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

«The room and staff was fabulous but was not told they had major interior renovations being done. It was loud full of workers and construction trucks parked everywhere. I paid for the "Best" stay for my daughter, granddaughters and a great grand baby. My health is not well at nearly 70 and wanted it to be special. Which it was not. Pool and hot tub closed. The staff was incredible and evening meal fantastic. I hv no problem with the Drury staff but we would hv stayed at Union Station if we knew ...

«The breakfast was lacking, parking was expensive and a pain (although the valet were the nicest staff), the pool was cold, our room was missing condition and they never brought us soap, they repeatedly forgot our towels after cleaning, our safe and phone were broken and never replaced or fixed after several requests and the blow dryer was weak and terrible. Good location across from The Foundry. »

«The hotel was very nice, but our room was not ready. We didn’t have trash bags in any of our trash cans, and our toilet did not work at all. Was clogged the whole time. No one came to fix it. We always seem to get put by the elevator, could hear that all night along with the fridge noise and very loud neighbors all thru the early morning hours. I did not get a bit of sleep. Staff was very friendly. »

«The very best part of our stay was the front desk. She was so kind and super helpful. Wonderful asset for the property! The property itself was fine though they do need to update some things and our room had an ant problem. It was underwhelming and the floor felt a bit sticky.»
