«Both the evening Happy Hour and breakfast were great. I think it is the first time I've had free drinks at a hotel like this. The front desk staff helped me get soap and change for the laundry. The pool and hot tub were a welcome feature after my bike trip. The location is right across the street from the old Union Station, which is now an amusement park. It was a great experience!»

«We just stayed there and let me tell you, this place was great. When we first got there; there was a sign that said I was the VIP guest. So cool. We checked in and went to the room. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay. I like a firmer pillow. They only issue we had with the room was the ACA unit was making a rattling noise when they fixed the next day. «A nice stay however the valet service charged us for 4 days when we were only there for 2 days. I got the receipt in my email 2 days later. Property is nice and close enough to the busier parts of the city.»

«For such a grand place, it felt like a old place to stay at. Staff try but communication is lacking. Expect to make a few calls to service and eveb then reche k bill. No coordination between hotel and ammenities.»

«I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. «Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience»
