«I had bedbugs in my room. The hotel handled it well by switching my room and ultimately moving me to the Plaza location, along with refunding my stay and parking fees. I'm waiting on reimbursement, offered by the manager Andrew R., for replacement luggage, medical care, and other expenses. Will update when that matter is resolved. Overall liked the hotel and amenities - the meal/snack offered daily was a nice way to save money on my trip. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool area but walking ...

«I loved my stay, but evidently this is in a relatively rough part of town. I didn’t realise that when I booked it so it’s probably not very good in terms of walking around, but I was just there for one quick overnight stay so it was lovely. In addition the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and worth going to! Quite a crowd and an amazing menu.»

«Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience»

«There was nothing said about valet only parking,the valet left my car out so long before parking it that I got a parking ticket. My daughter’s room had blood stains on the fold out bed. My favorite is that within 3 hrs of us being there our room was broken into while we were sightseeing and it turns out it wasn’t just ours but several other rooms.
