I expected more from a Hampton.
2-star based on accessibility issues.
This hotel is absolutely NOT disability-friendly, so if you or anyone in your family is disabled, do NOT stay here! There are two elevators that don't function properly. It doesn't matter if you press the up or down elevator button, it will open no matter what, and there will be an absolutely crammed elevator of people. The elevator is so small that their luggage carts barely fit into one. We spent 15 minutes on multiple occasions waiting for the elevator, only to have to carry my disabled child down multiple flights of stairs. Absolutely ridiculous. The elevators should really be fixed so that if someone presses down, it truly only opens and lets people who are going down, go down and vice versa. The elevators are constantly clogged because of this issue.
Speaking of accessibility, if you call for more towels or anything, the staff will make you come down to get them despite there being multiple staff at the front desk chit-chatting. Never had that happen in a hotel before. This one is 6 stories, so again, accessibility is a challenge. Can't exactly leave a disabled person alone to grab those.
Our toilet also kept having the tank not fill with water, so had to keep removing the tank to fix that. The parking cost $10/night, and they don't tell you until you're at the front desk. No signs outside or listed on Expedia.
