«We had a lovely stay at Casa Loteria. The location is very central and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Having a kitchen was great as we cooked our own breakfasts. In hindsight I would have included the breakfast option when booking, as it was a great deal and about half the price as buying it at the hotel.
We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the loungers. The staff were friendly and there is coffee available every morning in the reception hall.
The free yoga for guests on the rooftop ...

«Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all ...

«I absolutely loved this resort—everything was very clean and well organized. The food exceeded my expectations for an all-inclusive; they truly put effort into both flavor and quality. The drinks were also excellent. I was especially impressed that they offered Patrón tequila, which is a high-end tequila, to regular guests. At most resorts, that level of tequila is usually reserved only for VIP guests.

«Hotel is fine but the description is misleading and not transparent. Property is not on the beach. You have to go around private houses. Don’t trust the pictures. It says all inclusive but there are many hidden charges. It says amenities but nothing is actually available and you have to pay charges to use certain amenities. So it’s not all inclusive. Hotel and staff are not very flexible. This is different from other all inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta. Disappointing. Kids club is not really ...
