«The Windows could’t be opened..because of safety I suppose. I’m sorry to have to tell you that the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and needs better cleaning. I chose the hotel because of good location and for easy journey to Heathrow AirPort. The staff was always helpful when I needed help.»

«Veldig fint hotell med bra standard på rommet. Og veldig fornøyd med service.»

«Helt greit hotel. Ligger litt utenfor allfarvei, men er relativt rimelig og har veldig kort vei til busstopp og togstasjon.»

«Rooms were very clean! Shops were just a block away! The park was very close»

«Very clean and cozy place. Highly recommended, short walking distance to Richmond park»

«Thoroughly happy with our recent stay, room is very cool with boutique vibes and hosts were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with, The room is top floor with bathroom with shower and bath. It’s a couple of minutes walk into Kingston so in a great spot and parking can be arranged before you arrive. Would happily stay again if in the area without hesitation ☺️»

«Very good atmosphere in the hotel. Food is very good. Good service. We had pleasant stay. Reasonable price.»

«The apartment itself was acceptable, however the building and common areas ie the stairwell to access the apartment (were extremely unpleasant, smelly, and dirty).»
