«Parking is sketchy at best. The parking light lot(s) are not lit up in the least bit. For it being in a relatively sketchy area, its not the best hotel for a single person. This hotel is ond of those hotels that you use the buddy system. »

«I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.»

«Our room was kinda weird with the super high ceilings, loud from being under the stairs and we had the handicap room so when we showered water got everywhere. We didn’t have time to try the pool and gym but it looked great. The coffee was great but the food was just ok. »

«Room was incredibly spacious and the cleanest I've ever had. The staff was helpful 24 hrs a day and the breakfast buffet was really good! Kids played hard in the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of the full fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. With 3 kids, we had snacks and bottles to keep and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything. They had it covered. »

«Our room didn’t have hot water during our stay. We couldn’t shower, hand washing was with freezing water. The hot tub was empty, they didn’t even tell us when we checked in. We went to the pool and saw it was roped off. Went and asked front desk, and she said “oh yeah, I think we are waiting on a part”. I would think they would tell us this when we were checking in. «Small pool, breakfast was less than blah and never changed, but rooms were big and nice shower. House keeping would take dirty towels, but not restock them. Did not restock toilet paper or tissues. No pool towels available, they gave you wash clothes in place of them. »

«The room was spacious. The gym had nice equipment. There is plenty of parking available. Check in and check out went smoothly. The hotel is right off the highway. Wish there were more restaurants in the area. Overall, a nice atay.»

«Do not stay in room 201. It was the loudest room from people on the stairs,the traffic, all the door slamming, the person in the next room, and people in lobby. The room aslo didnt have the MTV channel. They also wouldn't move us beacuse they were "full." It was decent breakfast just wish they did more than 1 day with bacon. Beds were comfy. Hot tub wasn't what we were expecting they closed it for repairs soon after so that probably was the reason. We had to add a couple more night and moved to ...
