«beside the tube great location clean no aircon but wasn’t an issue even with it been 30 degrees»

«Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. Didnt expect to much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. »

«Helt greit hotell men vanskelig å forstå bookingen og hvordan man skal betale for parkering og de ansatte var hjelpsomme men det var dårlig bookingsystem.»

«Super convenient easy check in and check out, which was great after our flights were delayed. Very nice proximity to Wembley Stadium as well. Very attentive and helpful staff. My friend forgot her passport and kindle when we left and they were very quick to message me so we could come pick them up.»

«No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived»

«This is a small hotel in the suburbs. No facilities, but not far from restaurants, pubs and shops. A pleasant young man was on what appeared to be permanent duty. He was helpful. The room and bathroom were small but fine for one person. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was modest but also OK.»

«Love the room was nice and no issues»

«Nice and clean. Comfortable.»

«Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.»

«Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!»

«Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.»
