«Good location. Walking distance to most of the places worth a wisit. Grand Cafe in the backyard of the hotel is really nice. Good hotel, but the breakfast is dissapointing. In a 5 star hotel should there be fresh fruit juice and at least sparkling water. They serve some extremly sweet apple- and peach lemonade. Not a good start of the day. All in all a 3 star breakfast.»

«When I arrived at my room on the first day, there was no toilet paper, the trash can in the bathroom was full of bloody period diapers and there were greasey stains everywhere. The shower smelled sour and all the towels were dirty same as the bed sheets, there was hair on the bed linen and towels which showed that it had been used. The floor was full of hair, dust and dirt. I went down to the reception and asked to have the room cleaned, which they promised to do, I went into the room after the ...

«The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years.
This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!»

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best hotel beds I've slept in, which is not something I often experience.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms, which made for a ...
