Apartment is situated on the first floor of detached family house. Apartment has nice enclosed garden with private entrance and private parking place. There are 2 bedrooms, covered balcony, well equipped kitchen and dining room, air condition, bathroom.
Location of the house is on a peaceful area near to Park Forest Busoler. Park Forest Busoler is the youngest park forest in Istria County, where most of the trees were planted at the beginning of the 20th century. It covers an area of 22.5 hectares and has a circular walking trail equipped with educational panels and trim trail.
The location of the house is good starting point for visit various types of beaches and places... sandy beach in Medulin, pebble beach in Verudela/Pješčana uvala or Nature Park Kamenjak with natural beaches, National Park Brijuni...
The owners are living in the same house.
