«Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast ...

«Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived hours before check in they were able to get me into a room very quickly. When checking out we had hours before our evening flight hotel staff offered to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. This was our 2nd time @ The Royal Sonesta in PR we do love it and will likely return. The pool could have been a little cleaner this time around.»
