«Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. «We discovered this place using a day pass and fell in love with it. There is a beautiful pool with swim-up bar as well as access to a gorgeous beach (with security and attendants). We were given a free upgrade to an ocean view room but the garden view would have been lovely as well. The restaurants are top notch and the staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. This is our new go-to resort in PR.»

«We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. »
